Shipping Information

Introduced into the USA in 2006, Vacmobiles are now shipped promptly to almost all locations worldwide via our cost-effective airfreight services.

Depending on the freight service chosen, the delivery time to USA and Canadian locations is usually less than 3 days for Vacmobile 20/2 machines. The delivery time for resin traps and MODULAR series machines (which are assembled-to-order) is usually less than 2 weeks.

Delivery times to other locations are typically 1 to 2 days longer. Please note that Customs procedures in some countries may cause delivery delays.

Machine dispatched from factory Thursday. Delivery arrived at Fram Yachting following Wednesday (Netherlands time). "Just to let you know the machine arrived yesterday. Incredibly fast delivery, even faster than our local post delivery".

Machine dispatched from factory Tuesday 10th. Delivery arrived at Darkmatter Composites Thursday 12th (UK time). "Just to let you know the vacmobile arrived Thurs 12th. It's quicker to get items couriered worldwide than within UK sometimes!"

Ordered Friday 3pm (NZ time). Machine dispatched Monday. Delivery arrived at MIT at 3.57pm on Tuesday (US time). "I just wanted to thank you once again for all you did to speed this delivery along".
